Sell bulk wine > how this works

To register your bulk wine for sale, follow the following simple steps:

Step 1 - Register your account with the bulk wine online.

Step 2 - List your wine for sale for NO CHARGE

Once logged in - List your bulk wine for sale using the wine listing form.

Wine Listing information includes: Vintage, Variety, Region (GI), Price Range & Winemaking Notes (100 word max)

Wine Analysis information includes: F/TSO2, pH/TA, Alc, VA & NTU

LIP Table information includes: Region %, Variety %, and Vintage %

Step 3 - Send samples

Send 2 pre listing samples to bulk wine online at PO Box 918 Williamstown SA 5351. This will be assessed by the bulk wine online winemaking team so we can better inform our buyers of each wine profile.

Step 4 - Provide sample to prospective buyer

When a buyer "requests a sample" of your wine, you will be informed by email with an address to send to. We will also send you feedback on this sample within 7 days of post receival.

Step 5 - Negotiate sale

When a buyer "makes an offer" for your wine, you will be informed via email of this purchase offer. Bulk wine online will then negotiate the purchase offer with you until an agreement is reached and you are then put into contact with the buyer. Alternatively the buyer may prefer to negotiate directly with you regarding the purchase offer.

Step 6 - Commission Payment

List your wine on the site for no charge. When the wine is sold a 'cents per litre' commission will be charged for the volume of wine sold. A Tax Invoice will be sent to you with these details and payment options.
